Our experience at Shottenkirk Chevy was one of the best auto experiences I've had. It started in lot when we met with the Sales Rep, Robert. He asked us what we were looking at and we immediately went over to the Tahoe's. He asked if we had any questions and let us do our thing without being pushy at all. He answered all the questions and then let us take it for a test drive. The whole "sales" process felt like someone just showing us the vehicle. We were very appreciative of us consultative approach and didn't pressure us one bit. When we went in to talk numbers, he asked us where we'd like to be on the out-the-door price as well as our trade-ins. Initially, they came in about $4k higher than we'd like. After the SGM came over to chat, he was able to get another $3,100 discounted on the vehicle. We decided to go for it! Then we met with financing and Astrid. She was very nice and was talking to our 4 year old that had come with us. The dealership closed at 7:00pm and we were at about 7:15 by this time and everyone was still very nice and taking care of us. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your next Chevy at Shottenkirk.
