My husband and I had a great experience at Shottenkirk Chevrolet Waukee. The team greeted us warmly and was personable. They didn’t make us feel embarrassed for our tight budget and helped us quickly. It was a comfortable experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had been looking to buy a Ford Bronco. I checked several Ford dealers. Some returned my inquiry. One increased prices as I was discussing cars with the sales person. Shottenkirk, a Chevrolet dealer, had a lightly used Bronco at another location and drove it to Waukee. It was shiny and clean, pretty - and as described. The best part was the people. I was there for four hours due to title issues. I image other dealerships would have requested I fix the problem and then come back. These people found a way to get it corrected. I was offered food and drink. I had been using my car to clean out an apartment so it was full of stuff. My salesperson Tom transferred all the stuff to the new car. Even though the car was a Ford, Tom was extremely knowledgeable about it and helpful with the technology and car functions. He helped with connections, etc. The Finance Manager, Astrid, was great. She didn’t stop until she got several loan options. She too went above and beyond. And both Tom and Astrid were truly nice, customer centered people. I recommend Shottenkirk Waukee without reservation. And thank you Tom and Astrid for a great outcome.

I unfortunately bought a 2022 ZR2 that had the dreaded 6.2 engine issue. The engine seized at 52k miles in the middle of nowhere. Brian and the service team went out of their way to take care of me. They provided me with a rental truck at their cost and replaced the engine. Fast forward a few months and I had a small exhaust leak. Same scenario, I was well taken care of at no cost to me. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough.

We had an amazing experience with our sales rep Tyler! Just a great and honest human. If he can make it happen... he will. After a terrible experience at another dealership last year, we were really nervous about buying a vehicle again. At that other place, we were fed so many lies with a smile. Shottenkirk-Waukee handles servicec for my vehicle as well as my wife’s and they are awesome! They get us in and out and with their business center I can set up my workstation and work remotely and never miss a beat!

They’re very knowledgeable when it comes to my car serving. Their customer service is exceptionally great. Depending on your car prognosis, I bet you will still be out of the service center in 30 to 45 minutes or less. I will not hesitate to recommend my family and friends.
